Kikumoto Immigration Firm (KIF) is aware of fake accounts impersonating CEO Kaede Kikumoto and individuals falsely claiming to be employees, representatives, agents, or associates of KIF. Some of these individuals may contact clients or applicants and request money.​

 

PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF AND VERIFY BEFORE MAKING ANY PAYMENT.​

 

How to Verify You Are Dealing With KIF

• Official Payments: Payments requested by KIF should only be made to an official Kikumoto Immigration Firm bank account or, where specifically authorized, an account held personally under the name of Kaede Kikumoto. Do not send money to a personal bank account belonging to any employee, agent, recruiter, or other individual claiming to represent KIF.

• 
  Official Service Agreement: Legitimate clients will be provided with an official Kikumoto Immigration Firm Service Agreement setting out the applicable services, terms, and fees.

• 
  Official Email Addresses: KIF does NOT conduct official client business through Gmail addresses. Official communications will come from an email address ending in: @kikumotoimmigrationfirm.com

• 
  Beware of Impersonators: A social-media profile using the name, photograph, logo, or identity of CEO Kaede Kikumoto or Kikumoto Immigration Firm does NOT automatically mean that the account is legitimate.​

🚨 BEFORE SENDING MONEY
If someone claims to represent KIF and asks you to transfer money to their own personal account or to an unfamiliar third-party account, DO NOT PAY.​

 

Contact Kikumoto Immigration Firm through our established official communication channels and independently verify the payment instructions first.

 

​KIF cannot accept responsibility for payments voluntarily sent to unauthorized third parties, impersonators, fake accounts, or individuals who are not authorized to receive funds on behalf of KIF, subject to applicable law.

 

​If you encounter a suspicious account or someone falsely claiming to represent KIF, please do not send money and report the account to us immediately.​When in doubt, verify with KIF before you pay.
