Kaede Kikumoto is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kikumoto Immigration Firm (KIF) and a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

​

His professional journey extends far beyond immigration consulting. Before establishing KIF, Kaede built a multidisciplinary career spanning technology, project management, financial services, legal services, business, and education, bringing years of corporate and leadership experience into the firm he leads today.

​

Kaede has held professional and leadership roles with internationally recognized organizations, including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Bloomberg, Visa International, Norton Rose Fulbright, the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC), and Legal Aid BC.

​

These experiences helped shape the structured, strategic, and results-oriented approach he brings to Kikumoto Immigration Firm today.

From Corporate Leadership to Immigration

 

Kaede's decision to enter the immigration profession was driven by a desire to use his international experience, education, and leadership background to help people pursue opportunities beyond their borders.

​

As a licensed RCIC, Kaede provides professional Canadian immigration advice and representation to individuals and families navigating Canada's immigration system.

​

His practice encompasses temporary and permanent immigration pathways, including study and work permits, permanent residence, family sponsorship, citizenship, humanitarian matters, and other immigration applications and proceedings within the scope of his professional authorization.

​

Under his leadership, KIF has grown beyond traditional immigration consulting and continues to develop relationships with educational institutions, international partners, and professionals across multiple countries to help clients explore opportunities to study, work, live, and build their futures abroad.

An Educator and Lifelong Learner

 

Beyond his work as an executive and immigration professional, Kaede has also served as a college and university instructor in Canada, teaching subjects related to business, finance, technology, law, and the Canadian legal system.

His academic and professional qualifications include:

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

• Project Management studies at the University of British Columbia (UBC)

• Postgraduate studies in Information Technology and Finance at Harvard University

His combination of corporate leadership, project management, business education, technology experience, legal-industry exposure, and regulated immigration practice gives him a multidisciplinary perspective when approaching complex client matters.

Kaede is also passionate about education and public awareness.

Through seminars, webinars, speaking engagements, and media appearances, he has shared insights on immigration and international opportunities with audiences in Canada and abroad.
