Cancellation Policy
I am obligated to pay CAD 99.00 for the Initial Consultation of your services. Failure to show up at the scheduled meeting forfeits the initial consultation fee. Same day appointment would automatically mean no refund. The Company strictly observes no refund and cancellation policy. The purpose of the consultation is to provide the Company with sufficient information to allow for a full written analysis and comprehensive advice on immigration options. The information provided to the Company is for the purpose of obtaining a consultation and is not intended for the purpose of establishing a consultant-client relationship until the Client has signed a retainer agreement with the Company on the next stage. This Agreement is terminated once the consultation has been provided. The Client agrees to complete the intake form/client profile for ALL individuals included in the application, even the sponsor/s. The Client is aware that the consultation is limited to a maximum of 10 - 15 minutes and 2 questions only. The Client will always consult and get clarifications from the Consultant and the Company only. The Client agrees to never write, speak, and/or do anything that could and/or would hurt, harm, and/or damage the Consultant and/or the Company in any way. I agree to never share any and all intellectual property of the Company - that includes but not limited to, any and all documents, artworks, contracts, agreements, etc shared by the Company. I confirm that all information and documents contained in my application form are true and correct. I authorize Kikumoto Immigration Services Inc.’s employees to access all my information and documents. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except by written notice duly executed and delivered by all the parties hereto.
